Current Processing Time

Made to Order: All made to order jewelry is carefully crafted by us and typically ships within 3-4 weeks after your order is placed. We take great pride in creating each piece from start to finish, so please allow us the time to get it just right. Life happens, so if there’s any unexpected delay, we will always keep you updated.

Ready to Wear: For our collection pieces, we aim to get them shipped within a couple of days.

Standard Shipping

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS with tracking information, according to the service you’ve chosen at checkout. Please note that we don’t personally deliver your items (as much as we’d love to), so once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we can’t control delivery times, especially during busy seasons.

Please note that choosing expedited shipping (e.g., Priority) does not affect our processing time, and the same 3-4 week timeframe still applies to your order. We cannot refund shipping costs for any confusion regarding this.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to your local post office for assistance. Your package will be insured, but we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors (sometimes packages get dropped off at the wrong house!).

  • Giving it a couple of days, as USPS sometimes scans packages early.

  • If it still doesn’t show up, you’ll need to file a claim with USPS.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship everything with full insurance, and any claims must be handled through USPS directly.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns: Final Sale

As each piece is lovingly handcrafted and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. This is due to the unique nature of our jewelry, which is often customized, making it impossible to resell returned items. To help ensure a perfect fit before you order, we offer ring sizers in our shop.

Exchanges for Special Circumstances:

While we generally do not accept returns, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you believe an exchange may be necessary due to a sizing issue or defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
